Downloads from Nadelton Recordings are supplied for personal, noncommercial listening and private study. As a condition of purchase, you agree not to resell, redistribute, upload for others, or share the files supplied with your order, including accompanying artwork and written material. Keep your download links private; do not share or sell access to them.
Your purchase does not transfer copyright ownership or grant permission to use rights held by others. These terms do not create or expand copyright in underlying recordings or compositions, claim exclusive rights over public-domain material, or limit uses and rights permitted by applicable law.
Planning a project
Buying a download does not, by itself, clear every right that might apply to a video, podcast, broadcast, public performance or commercial project. The recording and the underlying music or words may require separate consideration.
Identify the exact track and version before seeking permission or reaching a public-domain conclusion. Keep the original source references and any permission documents with your project records. A short excerpt, an educational purpose or a credit line alone does not establish that a use is permitted.
