Refund Policy

Our products are digital downloads. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind once a file has been downloaded. If you have not downloaded your purchase, please email us to request a cancellation.

We will refund verified duplicate charges and accidental duplicate purchases of the same download.

If your download is missing, corrupt, incomplete, or the wrong recording, contact us so we can restore access or provide the correct file. If we cannot resolve the issue and supply the affected item as described, we will refund that item.

For download help or a refund request, email info@nadeltonrecordings.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Support is handled by email.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights or remedies under applicable law.
